Friendly multilingual and attentive staff and delicious breakfast.
Nicely decorated and clean place. A couch, sound-proofed windows, and a writing table in the room and the comfy bed. Plenty of options for breakfast in the cafe. Excellent customer care, parking on site. Efficient check out.

The bathroom grout had black patches!!! Dust in the room on the blinds and bedside lamps definitely needs attention!!!

Location.
The room I ended up in was small, scruffy and impractical. I had to put a chair that was at the end of the bed in the wardrobe just so I could walk around the bed! The shower spat black gunge out each morning when I started it. The basin was cracked, paintwork worn and missing and the light-switch dangerously missing a section. Polite requests to staff for a call from the manager to discuss these issues was not followed up. I've had successful stays at this hotel and do prefer this location but after this last stay ... never again!

Friendly and very helpful staff, service. Responsive. It was a convenient location from/to airport and then quick access to City
The shower area can be improved as water is not contained in shower space and wider floor space gets wet- and can be dangerous and inconvenient with very wet floors

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to downtown and many tourist attractions. The staff, for the most part, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The room was a little small with a closet but no drawers, making it difficult to unpack.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the ultimo neighborhood. The staff were super attentive, especially during breakfast, where the friendly owners ensured we had a great start to our day. The bed was cozy and the room was well-equipped, with nice touches like quality bathroom facilities. Don't miss out on the float therapy offered nearby. It's very nice for relaxation!
